Trump Now Chooses to Keep Silence Before Immigration Law

(Update) Last week, US President Donald Trump’s order sparked protests nationwide and confusion at airports as some travelers were detained. Though the white house has claimed all the time this is for the consideration of national safety.

With parade of protests all over the Washington D.C., New York, and even more major cities. This issue now has been updated.

Donald Trump's executive order on immigration was halted nationwide on Friday by a federal judge in Seattle in the US state of Washington.

Since the immigration ban was on, a blizzard of litigation was lifted to accompany the vast protests on entry into the United States of refugees and immigrants from selected Muslim countries. Eminem even shouted Trump a Bitch on his verse featured on Big Sean’s new song. Stanford student, ACLU sued Trump over the ban. The whole nation is busy with it.

Multiple judges intervened with orders to stop the madness at U.S. Airports. People lifted a tweet trend to delete Uber. Tech companies are involved in the ban to gain internet attention.

As previous judicial interventions were mainly focused on madness, not underlying policies, it just triggered a turnover of James Robart, a federal judge in Seattle, issuing a nationally binding temporary restraining order on the travel ban that challenges its fundamental validity.

America is a nation on the sprite of law, thus the order in response from petitions is not just from civil libertarians and immigrants’ advocates, but from the states of Washington and Minnesota.

“Judge Robart’s decision, effective immediately … puts a halt to President Trump’s unconstitutional and unlawful executive order,” Ferguson said. “The law is a powerful thing — it has the ability to hold everybody accountable to it, and that includes the president of the United States.” The Washington Post reports.

Even when everything is broken down, the federal law still stands. Trump’s presidential authority over immigration law is under challenge. For now, barring some immediate countervailing action by higher courts, Robart has put a stop to the travel ban and its deliberate and carelessly incidental human toll.
